Density 250 gr/m².
1-2 sheets А4 or Letter (210 x 279 mm).
You will also need:
Sharp edged knife;
Metal ruler;
Glue (for example UHU or PVA wood glue);
Surface for cutting (it can be a piece of old linoleum, or a glass panel, or a clean cutting board).
What to do:
Print the template;
Cut along solid lines;
Incise along dotted lines;
Bend along dotted lines;
Glue.
