2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the sale and electronic delivery of digital products offered through www.noyanlimited.com. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
3. PRODUCTS COVERED
All product types, formats, quantities, and prices are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed all relevant product details, prices, and delivery terms on the website before placing an order and accepts them electronically.

4.2 Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive the purchased digital product(s) via direct download or to their specified email address.

4.3 Since all products are digital, there is no physical delivery or shipping involved.

4.4 The Seller is responsible for providing the digital product in working condition as described.

4.5 In the event of non-payment, chargeback, or failed transaction, the Seller is under no obligation to deliver the product.

4.6 The Buyer must ensure that they provide correct and complete contact information to receive the digital product properly.

4.7 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by internet outages, server issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, delivery may be postponed until the issue is resolved.

4.8 Buyers must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the website.

4.9 The Seller is not responsible for typographical or technical pricing errors on the site.

4.10 The Seller reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital product at its sole discretion.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (NOT APPLICABLE)
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate delivery, the Buyer waives any right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws once the download or access to the digital product has begun.
Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

6. JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Seller’s registered region.
